How To Purchase A New Robuck Home In Today’s Market

May 24, 2021

Purchase a Quality Home at the Correct Sales Price

Currently, Robuck Homes is pausing presales due to the current market conditions. This will allow our company time to focus on homes under construction.

In our current volatile market, we do not want to charge more money than necessary and burden our buyers with material shortages and substitutions; therefore, we will be offering our finished inventory homes for sale within 30 days before the house is ready. This will allow our company to deliver a quality home at the correct sales price.

How The Homebuying Process Works

1. Select Your Home(s) of Interest

We invite you to put your name on our waiting list for all homes that you are interested in, and our onsite sales associate will notify you by email and phone:

  • When your homes(s) of interest have reached certain stages in construction.
  • When your homes(s) of interest is coming soon, and a list date has been selected.
  • When your home(s) of interest have been listed for sale and it is time to submit a purchase offer.

Our knowledgeable agents are here to guide you through the entire process, from selecting your home(s) of interest, to working with our preferred lenders, to submitting your purchase offer.

2. Get a Pre-Approval Letter from a Robuck Homes Preferred Lender

You will need an approval letter from one of our preferred lenders. Using a Robuck Homes preferred lender is a streamlined process that will allow you to close on time, which is essential to everyone.

Robuck Homes is offering a closing cost incentive with use of our preferred lender.

3. Submit a Purchase Offer

When our onsite agent notifies you that a finished inventory home has been listed for sale, you will have 5 days to submit a purchase offer. Robuck Homes will select the highest and best offer at the conclusion of the 5-day period.

Please direct any questions about the purchase offer process to an onsite agent in the community that you are working with.

Homebuying programs are subject to variation by community, and may change without notice. See agent for details. 9/22/21
