The story of how Robuck Homes began and has evolved to where it is today is one based on faith, dedication to helping people, and a belief in doing things right the first time.

From the beginning, Robuck Homes has followed their golden rule and philosophy of doing what is right and treating everyone like you like to be treated, also known as The Robuck Way.

Since inception, Robuck Homes has always done the right thing, whether that meant starting a project over or always treating employees, vendors, and customers with dignity and respect.

The Robuck Split: An Iconic Floor Plan

Robuck Homes is known for timeless architecture, diverse streetscapes, and floorplans that are designed for comfortable and accessible living. The Robuck Split is one such floorplan, which has proved to be so popular other builders have copied it.

With a den located three steps below the breakfast area and an entrance into the main living area, the Robuck Split was a welcomed departure from traditional Split-Level floorplans. It was also one of the first floor plans to embrace a more open-concept approach to living areas.

The Robuck Split has been an enduringly popular home layout and can still be found today in several notable neighborhoods in Raleigh, NC, such as Quail Hollow, North Ridge, and North Hills.

Robuck Homes Gives Back to the Community

Robuck Homes has a long tradition of participating in community improvement efforts and programs, notably Habitat for Humanity.

Never stepping away from a challenge, Robuck Homes built the first Habitat Humanity house constructed in a week, a contest sponsored by WRAL and Habitat. Add to that impressive accomplishment, they finished the project early each day and was done one day early.

Robuck Homes continues to participate in philanthropic and faith-based volunteer events to the present day.
