From Carolina Beach: Head north on US-421 N (Carolina Beach Road) toward Wilmington. Turn right onto Myrtle Grove Road and continue approximately 2.5 miles. Salters Preserve will be on your left.
From Wrightsville Beach: Take Causeway Drive to Military Cutoff Road, then continue onto Oleander Drive. Turn right onto College Road (US-117), then left onto US-421 S (Carolina Beach Road). Turn left onto Myrtle Grove Road and continue approximately 2.5 miles. Salters Preserve will be on your left.
From I-40: Take I-40 East to Wilmington, continuing onto College Road (US-117 S). Turn left onto US-421 S (Carolina Beach Road), then left onto Myrtle Grove Road. Continue approximately 2.5 miles to Salters Preserve, located on the left.
