Robuck Homes featuring five homes in three communities during Wilmington Parade event Selection showcases breadth of home prices, designed to help meet coastal home demand
WILMINGTON, NC – April 12, 2024 – As the 38th annual Wilmington Cape Fear Homebuilders Associaton Parade of Homes kicks off in Wilmington, Robuck Homes will showcase five homes in a variety of home prices to showcase the types of homes that are available in the Wilmington area, and which are expected to meet the growing demand from new buyers.
“We have long known that Wilmington is a place people want to be,” said Chip Bishop, General Manager for Robuck Homes. “But seeing recent data from the U.S. Census Bureau that confirms Wilmington is one of the fastest-growing cites in the country shows what we’ve long known: we’re building where people want to be.”
Robuck Homes has responded by featuring five homes across three communities that will help potential buyers find a home that meets their needs. The following homes and communities are on the Parade route, which will take place April 27 and 28 and May 4 and 5 from 12 to 5 p.m. each day. The homes and communites include the following.
- Winding Marsh is an intimate enclave community of just 16 homes, built within Wilmington’s natural salt marshes. It features luxury stilt homes with innovative floor plans and expansive views of the marshland. Homesite 9, the Osprey Modern
Farmhouse plan, is the single Winding Marsh home that’s on the Parade route. This is a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home with 3,079 square feet of airy living space. It features a full first floor in-law suite, a gourmet kitchen with white full-overlay cabinets, Santorini
tile in a herringbone pattern, and quartz counters. Priced at $1,085,000, it features luxurious detailing throughout.
- WyndWater is a master-planned community that features a community pool and pavilion, ponds, and common green spaces as well as a diverse selection of home designs priced between the upper $400’s to mid $600’s. Located in Hampstead, it’s just minutes from boating access and Topsail beach. Homesite 415, which is already under contract, is the Highland Seaside. This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home features 2,865 square feet of clean coastal style, including a first-floor primary suite, a large office, and an expansive kitchen and 3 additional bedrooms plus two bathrooms on the second floor.
- East & Mason is a master-planned community within Wilmington that features a selection of villa townhomes, single-family homes, and custom luxury homes that meet a variety of price points for potential buyers. The community’s homes are designed to have a distinct curb appeal and a diverse streetscape while offering a timeless coastal charm. It also features green areas, pocket parks, and walkable streets. The community’s modern-meets-southern style clubhouse is now complete and features a six-lane competition swimming pool. There are three East & Mason homes on the Parade route.
o Homesite 16, The Live Oak, is a thoughtfully planned two-story villa with designer luxury finishes, primary living downstairs, as well as additional bedrooms and bathrooms and a loft upstairs. Featured in the Villas on the Loop, it is a maintenance-free 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home with 2,721 square feet and priced at $580,000.
o Homesite 110, The Wisteria, features a large loft and flex space as well as numerous upgrades in its gourmet kitchen and bathrooms. Located within the Mason Walk section of the community, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, 2,625
square foot home is already under contract. The Mason Walk collection is priced from the $600’s.
o Homesite 54, The Emerson Stick, is an airy 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home with 3,907 square feet of spacious living. Located in the Westport Collection within the community, it features an open plan with a gourmet kitchen, a first-floor primary suite, numerous built-ins, a walk-in pantry, flex space, and a second-story balcony. This home is the model home for East & Mason, and homes are priced from the upper $700’s in this collection.
“We are proud to once again be a part of the Parade of Homes tradition,” Bishop said. “Our hope is that Parade will be a draw for the people looking to make Wilmington their home. Because there are so many homes in a variety of price points, we believe buyers will find a home that both fits their budgetary needs while giving them the incredible coastal experience that is likely drawing them to the area. It’s an exciting time me to be buying and building in Wilmington.”
