Robuck Homes earned two bronze awards at the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association’s Parade of Homes, earning its place among some of the best new homes available in the greater Wilmington area. Robuck’s Live Oak villa in the master planned community East & Mason and the Hampton Modern Farmhouse at Wyndwater in Hampstead earned the honors.
The HBA’s 39th Annual Parade of Homes, which took place April 26–27 and May 3–4, showcased 81 homes of the region’s most stunning new homes from coastal builders.
The Hampton Modern Farmhouse is the model home at Wyndwater. This two-story, open concept floor plan features a second-floor primary suite, as well as two secondary bedrooms, a spacious loft, and a laundry room. The main floor of the home includes a guest suite, mudroom, and pantry, as well as Robuck’s popular tech room, which is a small office workspace for added convenience. The home’s open, eat-in kitchen leads into a living area and large outdoor space, which is on-trend for today’s buyers looking for easy at-home entertainment and togetherness.
The Live Oak plan at East & Mason is a thoughtfully designed two-story townhome that offers a first-floor primary suite, two additional bedrooms and a full bath upstairs, plus a spacious loft that’s perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The sleek, modern kitchen, complete with designer finishes and a generous island, flows seamlessly into the open-concept family room and dining area. Sliding glass doors lead to a covered patio for easy indoor-outdoor living, and a two-car garage rounds out the villa’s impressive features.
“We are thrilled that the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association honored us with these awards, which show the dedication our team has to building the best homes in the Carolinas,” said Chip Bishop, General Manager of Robuck Homes. “We take great pride in building homes people want today, but which stay relevant for generations to come, and recognition from the Parade of Homes is just a testament to how hard we work to do just that.”
