A Wilmington native with 15 years of professional experience, Megan will help homebuyers explore new opportunities at McRae Street Townes within Downtown Wilmington Collective, as well as the future 142 Switchyard community.
Local Knowledge Meets New Home Experience
Megan brings a unique combination of local knowledge and industry experience to her new role. Her background spans real estate, new home sales, procurement, project management, business systems and client implementation, giving her experience on both the customer-facing and operational sides of homebuilding.
But it’s her connection to Wilmington that makes this role especially meaningful.
Raised in Wilmington, Megan is a lifelong member of the coastal community. She and her husband, Chris, are high school sweethearts and have two children. Their son, Britton, attends UNCW, while their daughter, Avery, attends Topsail High School. When she isn’t helping homebuyers, Megan enjoys spending time with her family on the water near Figure Eight Island, along with NASCAR and football when the weather cools down.
