Robuck Homes earned a bronze award from the Johnston County Building Industry Association’s Parade of Homes, which showcased the latest in design, craftsmanship, and innovation. Robuck’s Chandler Craftsman, which is the model home at Baylee Ridge in Selma, earned the honor.
The annual Parade of Homes was held April 26–27 and May 3–4, when it returned after a hiatus from 2019 through 2024. A total of 39 homes from such cities as Goldsboro, Clayton, Lillington, and more were part of the tour.
Baylee Ridge’s award-winning Chandler Craftsman is a two-story, open concept floor plan that offers main-level living with its first-floor primary suite. It features a first-floor flex room that can be upgraded to a guest bedroom with a full bathroom. The upstairs features two secondary bedrooms and a spacious loft. The home includes an open chef’s kitchen that extends into a great room and dining area.
The model, located at 20 W. Amber Oak Drive in Selma, is open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m.
“We are so proud of the honor given to us by the Johnston County Building Industry Association,” said Chip Bishop, General Manager of Robuck Homes. “As Johnston County continues to grow so significantly, we realize that the competition for homes is growing, too. And while it’s an incredible honor to be named a top builder in any Parade of Homes, what we really take pride in is our ability to deliver a home buyers love in a destination that is growing more popular by the day. We’re thrilled that we have a place in Johnston County and we love being a part of the massive growth in this community.”
