Sep 30, 2025

Excitement is building across the greater Raleigh-Durham area as the 2025 Triangle Parade of Homes returns for its 60th anniversary this October. Known as North Carolina’s largest open house, the Parade invites the public to tour a variety of stunning homes across Wake, Durham, Chatham, Orange, Johnston, Franklin, and Harnett Counties. Year after year, the event highlights the region’s most modern, creative, and inspiring home designs from top local builders. In 2025, Robuck Homes is proud to be among them.

The 2025 Triangle Parade of Homes will be held from 12 to 5 p.m. on the following weekends:

  • Saturday, Oct. 4 and Sunday, Oct. 5
  • Friday, Oct. 10 through Sunday, Oct. 12
  • Friday, Oct. 17 through Sunday, Oct. 19

This year, Robuck Homes will feature two homes on the Parade route, as well as details about a coming soon property, giving visitors a chance to experience firsthand the craftsmanship, innovation, and thoughtful design that have defined the company for more than a century. Don’t forget to put the following homes on your route.

Baylee Ridge in Selma

Johnston County continues to be a hot destination for residents across the Triangle. As the area’s popularity continues to rise, Robuck Homes has secured one of the area’s most desirable addresses for today’s homebuyers. Located conveniently between Selma, Clayton, and Flowers Plantation, Baylee Ridge offers innovative floor plans on expansive homesites designed for comfort and flexibility. From one- and two-story layouts to primary suites and multi-generational living options, these homes are built to fit families of all sizes. Phase 2 is now selling, featuring generous homesites ranging from half an acre to more than seven acres, providing plenty of space to grow, play, and thrive.

The Bradley Modern Farmhouse by Robuck Homes is a spacious home featuring four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and three-car garage. Visit it during the 2025 Triangle Parade of Homes.

When you visit Baylee Ridge during the 2025 Triangle Parade of Homes, you can tour the Bradley Modern Farmhouse, located at 63 W. Victoria Ridge Lane in Selma. It features a first-floor primary suite as well as two bedrooms on the first floor. Like all homes in Baylee Ridge, it’s designed for open living, with seamless connections between the kitchen, dining, and family room. Thoughtful details include 9-foot ceilings on both levels, expansive windows that fill the home with natural light, and an oversized kitchen island that serves as the perfect gathering spot for family and friends.

Kennebec Crossing in Angier

Angier has quickly become one of the Triangle’s most desirable small towns, attracting families who love its charm and growing sense of community. At Kennebec Crossing, homeowners enjoy the best of both worlds — peaceful small-town living paired with a prime location right on the Wake County line. The community showcases a variety of brand-new floor plans, with both single-family homes and townhomes available. Thoughtfully designed options include ranch-style and two-story layouts, as well as primary suites located upstairs or down to fit your lifestyle.
