Robuck Homes hires new Online Sales Counselor for seamless lead interaction
Emily Tucker will serve potential homebuyers for both the Triangle and Coastal areas
RALEIGH, NC – December 11, 2024 – Robuck Homes will now be able to more seamlessly move leads through the homebuying sales process starting from digital interactions thanks to the addition of Emily Tucker as Online Sales Counselor. She will manage the initial interaction for local and relocation buyers whose first point of contact is via phone, web, text, email, or live chat.
Tucker comes to Robuck Homes with a wealth of sales and marketing experience. Most recently, she was a founding member and promotions manager for CaptureFully, a tech startup that captures and preserves life stories of seniors. While there, she designed the company’s Contact Relationship Management system to stay on top of the company’s accounts and leads. She also served as the marketing manager for Fleabody’s Antique Mall in Wilmington, where she managed the store’s e-commerce platforms, created social media content, and balanced providing outstanding service to both customers and clients.
Much of Tucker’s sales and marketing experience comes specifically from real estate, making her an outstanding fit for Robuck Homes. She served as a real estate assistant for Carolina Homevue Realty, where she acted as a liaison for clients and agents through the entire sales process. She was also a real estate lending specialist and marketing assistant for North Carolina Community Federal Credit Union.
In addition to her real estate experience, Tucker has overseen sales and marketing needs for such companies as LimeLife by Alcone, Assisted Care at Home, and Brookdale Senior Living. She was also active with the Miss America Organization and United Service Organizations (USO), and she founded an organization called United We Stand, Together We Serve, which smoothed barriers between civilian and military children.
As the Online Sales Counselor for Robuck Homes, she will help qualify leads and provide consistent follow-up to ensure that Robuck Homes upholds its reputation for delivering a superior customer experience.
In addition to her sales and marketing experience, Tucker is also an artist and musician. She earned her BA in vocal performance from East Carolina University and studied opera in Poppi, Italy.
